Spring 2020 is when Oak Developments was created. The company was founded in the peak of the pandemic while most people weren't able to leave their homes. Founder, Chris Gowing is a full time Realtor® in Edmonton since 2018 and heard from countless clients that they needed to re-think how to work from home and make their space more functional.
There was also very little inventory for buyers to choose from, so Chris figured out the best way to help his clients is to find them a home that would be an ideal location and size for his clients and renovate it into the house of their dreams.
Oak Developments does full home renovations, bathrooms, basements, legal basements and home/multi unit builds.
